Rocket City Sitters is a local babysitting business that matches families with sitters. Whenever a client calls needing a sitter, they call Rocket City Sitters, and then we call our sitters to see who is available. This way, sitters do not have to go out and find sitting jobs on their own or worry about turning down a job because they can’t or don’t want to do it.

Earnings start at $10 - $14/hour and sitters also get mileage and tips.

To be a Rocket City Sitter, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.


• Have at least 2 years of childcare experience.


• Be First Aid and Infant & Child CPR certified by the time of your first job. (We'll show you how if you aren't already certified.)


• Pass a criminal background check.


• Have a valid driver's license, dependable transportation and insurance.
