It's in perfect working order, no missing hardware and the wheels are good. Wicker is still in good condition. It's been stored inside the home for many years.
I cannot find a makers mark, but I have a feeling that if you were to remove the fabric from inside the bed, you would find it. It's definitely a Victorian era stroller, probably made in Michigan where I have seen identical ones.
