I need to sell 2 of my 4 Modern /Contemporary Sofas. These are all in good condition, frame ,wood , steel, etc.
The exception is the the seat cushions are very worn, my upholsterer gave me a price of $125.00 labor to cover the seat cushions less the cost of the yardage needed to do the job. I am only having two recovered and the other two need to find a home. Great decorating for a contemporary to modern style home, this design is of a minimalist type with no back cushion , use throw pillows in assortments for the decorative effect and comfort.
