I bring my log truck and wheel loader to your property. Fall the trees, load onto the truck and take them to a mill. We split the proceeds. What percentage of split depends on the quality of the timber and how far it is from a mill. I prefer one to five acre jobs but will do 10 acres or more if the timber is right. NO PINE.

I do not pull trees away from buildings. Radically steep terrain or swamp land is a non starter. I have references upon request. Quality honorable practices only here.
