Your lumber will have a tremendous amount of beautiful character to it, as you can see in the pictures of our customers homes. The vast majority of what we carry is a knotty pine. Even our higher grade white pine and southern yellow pine have knots and character to them. We like to think that we carry beautiful wood with character for people who have great character. The pictures above are of our customers homes and from the packs in our warehouse.
From our reclaimed barn wood flooring, ambrosia maple flooring, and black walnut flooring, to our baseboard and trim options, we can supply small projects and whole houses.
Here's an overview of what we regularly have in inventory (Pricing at the bottom):
Tongue and Groove - White Pine (in both our run of the mill and benchmark grade) Poplar (in our #2 common grade)
and Eastern Red Cedar (in our #2 common grade)

-V-groove at the joint only (car siding)

-Square edge for flooring

Exterior Wood Siding-
-1x6 and 1x8 Dutch lap siding- the german lap siding made for exterior and interior applications. The reverse side of the board is a square edged shiplap.

-6" Yellow Pine Flooring

-Barn wood flooring - cut and milled from local Kentucky barns to create unique skip-planed flooring
-Barn wood shiplap - cut and milled from local barns to create rustic ceiling and wall paneling
-Barn wood mantles and beams - preserved from local barns to create rustic accents for your fireplaces, entryways, or exposed beam ceilings
Pricing
We sell our pine lumber at discounted rates by moving the product as quickly as possible. So we sell unopened packs from the mills at a discounted rate, but when we split the pack, we charge $.10 more per sq ft.
White Pine - Run of the Mill Tongue and Groove and Shiplap
$1.49 per sq ft for unopened packs and $1.59, if we have to split the packs
White Pine - Benchmark Grade Tongue and Groove and Shiplap
$1.83 per sq ft for unopened packs and $1.93, if we have to split the packs
Eastern Red Cedar - #2 Common Grade Tongue and Groove
$4.75 per sq ft for unopened packs, and $4.85 if we have to split a pack.
Log Siding
2x8 half log siding starts at $3.25 per sq ft for unopened packs and is $3.35 per sq ft if we have to split the packs.
1x10 chinked log siding starts at $1.58 per sq ft for unopened packs and is $1.68 per sq ft if we have to split the packs.
Poplar Tongue & Groove and Shiplap and Dutch Lap Siding- #2 Common Grade
$2.25 per sq ft for unopened packs and $2.35, if we have to split the packs
Southern Yellow Pine Flooring - Common Grade Tongue and Groove
$1.70 per sq ft for unopened packs and $1.80, if we have to split the packs
Poplar Flooring- 1x4 #2 Common Grade
$2.25 per sq ft for unopened packs and $2.35, if we have to split the packs

The price starts at roughly $100 and go up from there for different sizes and looks.
The packs of our pine products all range in size from sometimes as little as 200-300 sq feet to as large as 2,300 sq ft. Our goal is to find a pack that meets your needs, but if that's not possible, we will split it for you to get your sq ft.
Our lumber is used million dollar homes, cabins, single rooms within a home, for porch ceilings, to cover barns, and much more. We also carry Eastern White Pine square edged shelving boards and exterior lapped siding! Our inventory changes daily and we would highly encourage you to reserve wood before you come. We can't guarantee we will have anything in stock if you just drive to us. We are open on Tuesday through Friday from 8-5 CST and on Saturday from 8-1 CST by appointment only. We are closed Sunday and Monday.
