Very Spacious Condo located in South Huntsville. 1/4 mile from quiet library and park with pickle ball courts, tennis courts, and ultimate frisbee field. Short drive to downtown Huntsville. Comes with washer and dryer, dishwasher, working kitchen and a large shared TV room. Extra closet space for each guest in the hallways. Bill has all utilities and Condo fees included. Additionally, I have someone come every month-ish when deep cleaning needs to be done.

700 credit score (I can be somewhat lenient on this, but a higher score would help) Clean background check, and proof of income equal or greater than 2655$ (3X rent) required for this room (for safety of all guests). No pets, except for written exceptions prescribed by credited medical professional.
