So I think this is a rectifier. I am not sure so take a look at the pictures but it does look like very large diodes attached to those plates.

If you were wanting to fabricate a very high amp 12 volt battery charger, I have a new buck / boost 120V to 12 V transformer in another ad and I included a picture of it.

The items in the last picture are in another ad.

Location is near the Walmart at 14595 US 231 Hazel Green Alabama 35750.
